New Location
We are proud to make our new home in the historical “Oriole Villa” located at 255 West King Street. The Victorian Frame Vernacular building constructed in 1890 is one of the older-surviving buildings in West Augustine.
Moving to West Augustine is a sign of our commitment to the long-term revitalization of this historic, diverse and beautiful part of our City.
The West King Street area was developed before the railroad came to St. Augustine as both a residential and commercial district with tree-lined streets. The area was originally named New St. Augustine in the late 19th century.
Oriole Villa was originally located a few doors down at 247 West King Street where it was a residence and later an apartment and rooming house. The building was relocated in 2010 and was restored as a commercial building, leaving intact many of the original characteristics. We love the location and are excited to be the new caretakers of this wonderful building!
